I am high af and my brain feels very split between a lot of different thoughts right now. I’m being a bit anxious holy shit. Fuck! I hate being anxious because it’s due to unrealized fears. No one knows what’s going to happen tomorrow. No one knows if this step taken today is the step to lead to that one thing tomorrow. Life doesn’t really work like that and even if it did you don’t know if certain lack of actions is what led to certain action. Basically, putting off something today for tomorrow could have resulted in even better outcomes. So why do I feel anxious, knowing this isn’t quite crystal clear. You feel as if you are supposed to be somewhere further than where you currently are. But why? No one has the same life. Shoot twins don’t even have the same life. You are a unique set of circumstances that are present at a unique place in time relative to humanity. There is an infinite number of steps that can be taken so there’s no benchmark for where your life is supposed to be. Other people lives are not your benchmark because they’re just that, other people’s! Life is one thing, but your life is another. The values that drive what you want for you to create the habits that push you to get it are uniquely yours! There are so many unhappy people in this world because we are comparing ourselves to others who are just doing what they believe due to comparing themselves to others. It’s like a giant ginormous pyramid scheme that just sucks people’s soul. Life is about figuring out what you want and then figuring out what you have to do to get it. It’s about developing a set of core values that speaks to your inner you. In today’s modern world people are striving for so much yet so unaware of their true purpose. One of the most worrisome things I hear is from the generational wealth community. They want to create generational wealth, but they have no other purpose for to do so. Capitalism has created such a trauma response for people that they seek nothing beyond just freedom via financial security. For the record, I am not entirely against capitalism, but I want more socialism mixed in. Capitalism in the sense that allows consumers to decide in a free market what they want to buy but that is properly regulated is capitalism that I do like. But I want everyone to have a fair shot in order to drive genuine creative, innovation. Genuine is the problem. Nothing about capitalism today makes anything feel genuine. I truly want people to have a better life, but I also want a better life myself. I too have to create content in order to drive traffic to my store. But I want traffic to my blog just as much. I want to drive and inspire in others the way others have inspired me. I want people to be better than me in order for me to feel like I need to stay sharp. However, in today’s society it’s so much greed, so much fighting for survival, and fake pleasantries hiding a sell pitch that it’s hard to feel if anything is really genuine. So how can you not be sick or feel stuck in a society that determined living is only possible with currency while simultaneously living without the need for currency.
